Book Review

Going to the library tonight to return and pick up some books, hopefully for more than a few minutes so that I can look around as well. Haven't finished reading The Years of Rice and Salt yet, and probably never will. I'm posting a book review of it here, using a template from the scifantasy LJ community.

Surprisingly, I'm in a journaling mood and not an Achaea mood. So, to-do list.

1. Transfer photos from camera memory stick to computer and format for internet
2. Write more of Imperial Intrigue Ch6/A Test of Faith
3. Continue sierra_outline (worldbuilding)
4. Finish reading Queen of Glass (FictionPress)
5. Read Critters manuscripts (email)
6. Ask Lilly to make Press submission thread, submit Harvest-time, Inspiration, Trading Lives (prose), Trading Lives (poetry) (Gaia)
7. Finish making wallpaper (Photoshop)
8. Continue corkboard wallpaper (tutorial)
9. Buy Unearthed CD, by E.S. Posthumus
10. Pick a book to buy at Borders
11. Go shopping for: handbag, watch, toothbrush
12. Visit www.time.com/juggling

Interesting. The later items on the list are practically untouched.
