I've gotten two rejections from Cicada, though one was that they lost my story and, when I inquired, seemed a bit put out that I didn't just accept their disorganization. The other suggested I join their online forum for teen writers. As I was close to drinking age at the time, I was amused. I might be more so now that I'm moderately away from teenhood. I think they have one section that's supposed to be teen writers; they used to, anyway. But it's not a fiction section.
